1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a major promotion or sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all states within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah, and Sarawak). For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For customers choosing the Cash on Delivery (COD) option:
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment to the courier personnel.
Please prepare the exact amount as couriers may have limited change.
Refusal to accept COD orders without a valid reason may result in being blacklisted from future COD purchases.
6. Damages & Missing Parcels
Sarafpro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers:
