Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return if the product arrives damaged or leaking.
Conditions for Return: To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The Process: Please contact us at hello@sarafprohq.com with photo evidence of the damage (video evidence is highly preferred). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the damage was caused by our side.
Refunds: Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
